Trustea Carbon Calculator app for iPhone and iPad

Trustea Emission Calculator (TEC) is a carbon computing tool for the Indian Tea Sector brought forth by the collaborative endeavor of Trustea Sustainable Tea Foundation and Inhana Organic Research Foundation.

The TEC toolkit is based on ACFA version 2.0 – a carbon computing standard for sustainable agriculture. This standard has been developed by Indian Scientists especially considering the variability in the Indian Ecosystem in terms of agroecological diversity, variation in cultivation practice, on-farm and off-farm input use patterns, energy usage, residue management, and transport.

This TEC toolkit is a pioneering initiative for impact assessment of agri-management systems toward carbon footprint reduction, sustainable agriculture modeling, and climate change mitigation.
